Gina specializes in Asian Medicine and complementary health care. She is a licensed acupuncturist and certified fitness professional. Gina developed a strong personal commitment and dedication to exercise and nutrition early in her life as she competed in soccer and track while working as a personal trainer. In 1987, she began her studies in health & wellness at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Gina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education and after graduation, spent several years working in a clinic that provided physical therapy services. While there, Gina educated patients in the area of wellness, performed myofascial release, and gave instruction on rehabilitative exercises. During this time she began her quest to discover “the root” of illness and imbalance. 
Darla is a master’s trained counselor, certified addictions specialist, neurotherapist and life coach. She was born and raised in Vermont and relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1996. Darla attended the University of Vermont where she studied psychology, sociology, social work, and human biology. There she discovered that she was more interested in non-traditional approaches to healing and explored philosophy, religion, art, music, and alternative medicine. She was introduced to a model of psychology, called Health Realization, that suited her style as it focused on the strengths and creative potential of each individual. Darla believed that by focusing on health and wellbeing, you would be better able to draw it out and bring it forth.
Tatyana is a Master Dream Weaver of the Toltec Mastery, a Nagual Woman in the Eagle Knight Lineage.
